located on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula. We grow, harvest, and

Our groves are situated in Currency Creek and Nangkita on the Fleurieu
Peninsula, where the Mediterranean-like climate creates the perfect growing

Yes! We open our farm shop one weekend a month, where visitors can sample our
latest harvest, purchase directly from us, and learn more about our sustainable

7. How long does your olive oil last?

Our extra virgin olive oil is best enjoyed within 12–24 months of pressing.
While it won’t ‘go bad’ like other perishable foods, its flavour and health
benefits are at their peak within this period. 
Given how many things we do right, it will however last beyond these
dates if ideal storage conditions are maintained.

Sustainability & Farming Practices

8. Do you use sustainable farming practices?

Yes! Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We use regenerative
farming techniques to improve soil health, retain moisture, and reduce waste.
Our olive press byproducts are returned to the land as organic matter, ensuring
a closed-loop system.  Our prunings are
mulched back into the soil, and we monitor our soil health to enhance our water
use efficiency.  We are also in the
process of planting an insectary area on the Nangkita Grove to enhance biodiversity
and encourage beneficial insects to ward off our pests.

9. Are your products organic?

While we farm regeneratively and minimise chemical use, we are not certified
organic. Our focus is on producing the highest quality EVOO while maintaining
responsible land stewardship, and ensuring commercial sustainability.

10. Do you use pesticides on your olives?

We follow an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach, meaning we prioritise
natural solutions and only use approved treatments when absolutely necessary to
protect our trees and ensure healthy yields.
