Peninsula Providore Za'atar is made from Australian herbs, salt and sesame seeds with imported Sumac.  Blended to save time and enhance each and every meal, the Za'atar is perfect sprinkled on meat before cooking, or on the roasted vegetables, added to flat breads before baking, or mixed with extra virgin olive oil as a dip for hot crusty bread.
