The Peninsula Providore Lemon Agrumato Extra Virgin Olive Oil shows distinct citrus/lemon flavours. Fabulous for salad dressings, with seafood or lemon chicken or even drizzled over ice cream.
Agrumato is the process of adding the fresh, Fleurieu Peninsula lemons to the olives at the time of milling in order to incorporate the lemon flavours and aromas into the oil from the beginning. We find that this style enables use to make a Lemon Oil where the lemon flavours and aromas are well integrated with our fresh extra virgin olive oil flavours and aromas. This oil is delicious!! Just think Amalfi Coast!
